The objectives of STS 2000 Limited management is to provide
support service to industry which is competitive in price,
reliable to the user and conform to the customer's contractual
and specification requirements.
The company has contractual obligations to operate and
maintain the procedures detailed in this Quality Manual.
Therefore it is the duty of all personnel to ensure that
they are implemented.
The company Policy, Quality procedures (QPs) and Guidelines
defined in this Quality Manual have been written to meet
the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and together with
all amendments incorporated herein have been approved by
the Directors.
